Both bedrooms have queen beds with a deep sleep mattress and ample closet space.
Additional sleeping space:
One of the bedrooms has a small alcove sleeping area with a sunroof (ideal for preteens) and there is also a pull out couch in the Living Room (perfect for 2 adults or a teenager).

Kitchen:
The new fully equipped kitchen has hardwood floors, a stainless steel fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. In additional it has a kitchen island with seating for two breakfast seating and French doors leading to a private backyard patio and BBQ.
Bathrooms:
There are 2 new bathrooms each with a shower and tiled flooring.
Living room:
The wall mounted colour TV is equipped with cable and a DVD player as well as a large gas fireplace.
Dining Room:
The dining room has beautiful hardwood flooring and a table with seating for up to 8 people.
Additional Information:
There is a brand new washer and dryer, one private parking stall off of the alley and additional street parking.
There are no pets and no smoking allowed in the house.
